CRUMBLE TOPPING

Soy Grits (dry) 65g
Fruit Medley (firmly packed) 100g
Sultanas 75g
Desiccated Coconut 50g
Peanuts (roughly chopped) 40g
Honey 20ml
Light Olive Oil 20ml

Pre-soak Grits. Combine honey and oil in saucepan, bring to boil and stir over a moderate heat for 1 minute. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle over stewed fruit, bake in a
moderate oven 180°C (355°F) for 10-20 minutes. This topping can also be combined with yoghurt, fresh or dried fruit.
