Chef: Paul from Indooroopilly - - If you were asked to 'BYO' at your next Christmas party, you would know what to take, right? But when you are asked to bring a plate, the job of deciding what to make and take is far more difficult. We are sent scurrying to our recipe books, thumbing through the pages to find an easy but impressive dish to make. Kelly Higgins-Devine from the Afternoon show decided to make your next Christmas party invitation a breeze by collecting some of her listeners favourite bring a plate recipes. Ingredients:	Method:
Degree of difficulty: Low You need: Slab of sponge 6-1/2 ounces of Cointreau 13 ounces of sweet vermouth	Saturate the sponge with that until the fluid is fully absorbed. Freeze the cake. Take out of freezer and coat with freshly whipped cream. Decorate with cherries and walnuts. Refreeze. In hot weather serve from the freezer.
