Skinless Chicken
B-B-Q sauce
Syrup
Favorite spices |
1. Take your skinless chicken, (boned
or boneless) and cut a slice in center. I use boneless, skinless chicken
breasts. Set aside.
2. Take your B-B-Q sauce and pour into a bowl. Use enough to cover
chicken.
3. Take your syrup and squirt a good long squirt into sauce. Add your
favorite spices. I use dill weed, celery salt, garlic salt and powder,
onion salt and powder, onion and garlic flakes, ect.
4. Stir all together until blended.
5. Dip chicken and lay into a greased baking dish.
6. Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.
7. Turn chicken over and pour rest of sauce over chicken. Bake for 25-30
more minutes.
8. Remove from pan onto plate and spoon sauce from pan onto chicken. |
