Method:

2 - 3 bananas per person
2 - 3 tablespoons rum, or to your taste
2 - 3 tablespoons cream - double/single/low fat or high fat - your choice
(My choice is frozen low fat cream)

1. Peel and slice bananas lengthways. Place in individual dishes or a large dish. Microwave safe glass dish preferred.
2. Add cream and rum.
3. Microwave on 600 W for approximately 3 or 4 minutes for individual dishes. (adjust time if using a larger dish).
4. Add more cream if desired for decoration.
5. Serve as soon as possible.
