125g butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
3 mashed banana's (over ripe)
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (dissolved in 2 tablespoons milk)
Vanilla

1. Cream butter and sugar, add egg, vanilla, bananas and mix well.
2. Add flour, and mix well.
3. Lastly, add disolved bicarbonate of soda.
4. Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 30 minutes.
