Vegan Yes Vegetarian Yes Category Cakes Serves ? Description a very simple cake only 3 ing! Time to prepare soak fruit overnight, 1hr baking, few mins mixing
Ingredients:	Method:
375g mixed dried fruit 400ml tin apricot nectar 2 cups S/R flour	Instructions soak fruit in nectar overnight (in a bowl) mix in flour put in greased loaf tin bake for 1hr 180 C is nice on it's own or with a little nuttelex
