APPLE CRUMBLE

Ingredients:

Method:

8 ounces plain flour
4 ounces butter
6 ounces sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ½ lb apples - peeled and sliced
2 ounces raisins
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

1. Combine apples, raisins, lemon rind and 2oz sugar in an ovenproof dish.
2. Put flour, butter, cinnamon and 4oz sugar in a bowl and mix to a coarse crumbly consistency.
3. Spread the mix evenly over the apples and bake at 375° F for 30 minutes
