2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups peeled, diced apples
1 cup nuts - pecans |
1. Grease two loaf pans.
2. In a large bowl, beat together the sugar, oil and eggs.
3. In a seperate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
4. Add the dry ingrediants to the sugar mixture.
4. Add the vanilla, apples and nuts.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
7. Bake in a 325° F oven for 1 hour.
8. Makes 2 loaves. |
